Our condominium units are individually owned and are uniquely affordable in Southern California's near-perfect climate.
The Towers are concrete, steel, and concrete block. Floors are concrete and common walls are concrete block which assures optimum privacy. Each tower is served by two elevators which were completely rebuilt in 2024. All of our plans feature floor to ceiling glass doors and panels showcasing the superb views. All units have modest kitchens and some units have courtyards and patios. The interiors, including walls, can be customized to owner preferences with fast and simple approvals.
Each unit comes with an assigned storage space in the basement and an assigned covered parking space. An extra parking space is often available for modest rent. And for those with RVs, the Village has an RV storage area.
