24-Hour Resident Services
A staffed Resident Services desk around the clock and 24-hour onsite maintenance. Help is always a call away.

Utilities and HVAC Maintained
Heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical are included and maintained. Internet and cable TV are included beginning in late 2026.

Latitude 50 and Crystal, Meals Among Friends
Skip the meal prep. Latitude 50 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, with takeout and delivery. The Crystal Dining Room offers table service by reservation, Tuesday through Friday.
Each resident receives 500 dining points a month, generally enough to cover a month of dinners. Menus are prepared with seasonal, fresh ingredients by our onsite chefs.

The Towers is self-managed by a professional team under the direction of a Board elected by the owners. That structure keeps management responsive to residents instead of a distant corporate landlord. The current Board took office in 2025 and moved fast to strengthen reserves and governance.

No. The Towers is an independent living community for active, self-sufficient adults. We do not provide assisted living or medical assistance.
The Towers is home to 311 condominiums across two 14-story towers. Floor plans include studios, one, two, and three bedroom options, some with terraces.
All the perks and amenities of Laguna Woods Village, including tennis, pickleball, swimming, and more, with golf available at a nominal cost, plus features exclusive to The Towers such as onsite dining, housekeeping visits, and a full calendar of Towers-only activities.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available seven days a week in the Latitude 50 dining room. Full-service dining is available four days a week in the Crystal dining room. Meals are prepared with seasonal, fresh ingredients by our onsite chefs. You can dine in or carry out, and room service is available for an additional fee. Each resident receives 500 dining points per month.
As an independent living community, we do not prepare meals for specifically prescribed diets. We do offer an extensive menu with many options to suit healthy lifestyle choices.
Each unit is individually owned. Monthly assessments for 2026 range from $2,713 to $3,937 based on unit size and cover activities, housekeeping, maintenance, monthly dining points, and all utilities, with internet and cable TV included beginning in late 2026. There is an additional occupant fee of $921 for a second or third occupant. Taxes and insurance are not included.
