  • $2.5 million was invested in Reserve Fund projects during 2025 and the same amounts are budgeted for each of the next 3 years to ensure our buildings are comfortable and weather tight.
  • Management staffing was realigned to improve performance and reduce costs and relationships have been established to assure high performance in specialized services.
  • A Resident Services department was created to provide and coordinate services to our residents and provide a more robust schedule of Activities.
  • The entry has been significantly upgraded with a new Atrium and Resident Services area.
  • The Board's focus on dining services has helped bring improved menus and service to both dining rooms.
